Iranian composer and multi-instrumentalist (percussion, oud, tanbur ..), Mirtohid Radfar comes from the Sufi tradition.

He interprets the sacred and poetic songs of Iran, essentially accompanied by the traditional Persian string instrument called tanbur.

Rare virtuoso of this mystical lute, Mirtohid Radfar shows his ease by mastering the art of improvisation in a game that is both delicate and imposing.

 In Iran, he produced two albums within the group "Maktabe Tanboore Bastan", a group of spiritual music.  Today he performs on stage solo or accompanied by musicians from various backgrounds, thus creating an artistic fusion mixing traditional oriental sounds and compositions of a more current style.
